The Afghanistan Civic Engagement Program (ACEP) is a five years program to promote civil the rights of its citizen to participate in decision making processes and enables Afghan citizen to influence policy formulation, monitor government accountability, and advocate for political reform. YHDO is  implementing ACEP project  funded by Counterpart International as provincial partner in Kabul province.
