YHDO in Special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2019
Youth Health and Development Organization (YHDO) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered in Afghanistan since 2009. YHDO primary focus is to offer a range of services to Afghan youth including women, men, boys and girls in Afghanistan. YHDO has worked in 28 provinces of the country, and has managed to implement more than 75 large- and small-scale project and work with more than 4000 staff members since its establishment in 2009

YHDO is a non-governmental and not-for-profit organization established in Afghanistan in 2009. YHDO’s primary focus is to offer a range of services to the most affected population in the country. YHDO has completed accreditation by the Afghanistan Institute of Civil Society (AICS) and has received certification and excellence award for Human Resources Management. YHDO has been provided Special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2019 by the United Nations.
