Overview YHDO

Who we are:

Youth Health and Development Organization (YHDO) is a nationally trusted, high-performing humanitarian and development partner delivering integrated, life-saving and resilience-building services across Afghanistan. With operational presence in 24 provinces and over 800 staff, YHDO has successfully implemented more than 80 projects in partnership with UN agencies and international donors. The organization specializes in health, protection, and livelihoods programming, with strength in HIV, TB prevention, emergency and trauma care response, child protection and human right, and services for vulnerable and marginalized populations including women, children, returnees, and internally displaced persons.
